I'm a bit confused.  You are not using the kolab syncroton that is included in the Kolab default install?

Did you pull Syncroton from Kolab repo or the Syncroton repo?

Anyhow, you can use it to sync your Phone or other Activesync device.   What are you trying to accomplish?
