Not being able to receive mails?

Hey everyone,
 I've CentOS installed with kolab 2.2.4 (hopefully will get time to move
everything to 3.0) under openpkg.
 I've been using it since last 4/5 months.
 Few days back I moved my smtp relay to dyndns service [outbound.mailhop.org]
and it seems comcast started blocking port 25 so I'm using port 2525

 I noticed a day back that I can't send mail, looking at postfix.log
revealed it was timing out so changed from port 25 to port 2525 (forwarded
it through my router)
 Now I can send mails no issue.

 But I don't know how should I debug issue with not being able to receive
mails (I'm using horde as web mail)
 Let me know what can be done
