Mailbox not found issue - UPDATE [Scanned]

"lm user/something*" to see if Cyrus is still "seeing" something there.
"dm user/something" to get rid of it.

It may be that your mailboxes.db is in a weird state and needs a rebuild.
 I don't recall the command to do that off the top of my head, though...
