kolab 3

Hello all,

i am planning a groupware environment for 100 mailboxes/users.
I am tempted to go for kolab 3 because of roundcube and upcoming 
owncloud integration.
What i would like to know if kolab 3 is ready for production yet.

The items of my interest:
1. outlook/thunderbird sync
2. activesync
3. basic folder and calendar sharing
