AW: The Bynari connector

Hello,

This is a know problem with items create in Roundcube.

In the latest dev version roundcube creates a charset="RCUBE_CHARSET" which
is unknown by the Bynari Outlook Connector.

Sync should by possible again as soon as roundcube returns a valid charset.
