User configuration greyed out in webadmin?

Hey all,

I've had a fairly stable Kolab 3 installation for several months now. I
logged in today to the admin interface using the cn=Directory Manager
username in order to try and modify some users to add an alias email
address, but all the fields are greyed out and non-modifyable.

Can anyone suggest how I'd go about debugging this?
