Hi everybody,
I was wondering how you guys want to receive your Kolab news.
There is the announcement mailing list that is low traffic and only gets major
news, like today's release of Kolab 3.1 alpha. I suggest that everybody also
subscribes to this list.
http://lists.kolab.org/mailman/listinfo/announce
Then there's of course the website with a RSS feed for more news items
https://kolab.org/news.xml
and an RSS feed for planet Kolab where useful tips and instructions are
posted. There is also status updates on the packaging for the various
distributions.
https://kolab.org/planet.xml
Then there's the different social networks that you can find on
https://kolab.org/
on the right side in the navigation bar. These networks usually deliver all
the planet posts as well. Let me know if you want to be aggregated on the
planet.
I was wondering whether you all know about these information channels and what
your preferred way of getting these news is. If you are all super lazy, we
could also have some sort of newsletter posted to the users list once in a
while.
Kind Regards,
Torsten
