Issues with sending mail after install

Hi,
I've just setup a new Kolab instance on openSUSE using the Stable repo
- great work and thanks for that (install went flawlessly).
I've hit an issue though that prevents me from sending mail, well
actually it prevents the mail from being received. When sending mail
the server identifies itself as localhost.localdomain instead of
foo.org. How do I fix this issue? I know it should be fairly easy, but
for whatever reason I can't work it out.
Here is the bounce I received:

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
