Debian 7 / Kolab 3 installation - setup-kolab

Hello list,



Which steps have to be performed – before – running setup-kolab? As stated
in

http://docs.kolab.org/en-US/Kolab_Groupware/3.0/html/Community_Installation_Guide/chap-Community_Installation_Guide-Configuration.html?



It seems, the Database kolab_wap is not created automagically, although
MySQL root passwords are given.

Which else might be missing? Which databases should be filled before?
