vacation plugin in roundcube

I use for vacation the Boris HUISGEN's vacation plugin who don't work in 
roundcubemail-0.9 ( it works in 0.7 and 0.8)

I didn't find in kolab a way for user to set vacation or forward, I miss 
something or it must be set by administrator?
