At this point the iPhones are giving me such a headache that I suspect
this may just be part of the general "connection errors" I've been
having. My users are upgrading to iOS 6.1.2 today (because iOS 6.1.1
apparently had some Exchange bugs), and I'm going to upgrade to the
latest dev branch with kolab-syncroton-2.1-rc1, so I'll start a-new and
see if this is still happening.

I should have some time to work on this tomorrow and will try to get
you some relevant logs. What config line must I place in the roundcube
mail.inc.php file to isolate logging to one user or device?

I've discovered that removing the 'threading_as_default' roundcube
plugin fixes this. This was the default for all my servers with fresh
installs of Kolab 3 stable.
