how to do email forwarding or default bcc

Dear Concerned,


        I have setup Kolab 3.0 for my organisation. Everything is working
fine but I am not able to set email forwarding somehow.
I would like to forward all incoming mails of one email account to another
external account i.e. to yahoo.com or gmail.com or airtel.blackberry.com

Kolab 3.0 is rrunning on centos 6.3
