Free Busy with Kolab3

Hi,

is the free-busy functionality in the Kolab3 (Enterprise Edition) available by
default?
I created two test users and in roundcube mail it seems like the free-busy times
of the other user are not available.
Is there anything special I have to do to get this functionality working or is
it a bug or missing at all by now?
