Kolab 3.1.1 Webadmin

My assumption is that if you had a problem when setup-kolab tried to 
setup the MySQL *kolab*, and/or *roundcube *databases, you are missing a 
lot of things for a fully running Kolab setup.

Are these two databases created and populated?
