Kolab delegation in Roundcube

Please check my comment on the bug
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2679#c6
To get delegation and identities working you must
1) enable the delegation plugin
2) add kolabDelegate to the addressbook fieldmap
everything else is explained in the bug report. Cause I had reported
the issues already earlier.
