Update from 3.0 to 3.1 on enterprise linux

I've tried "setup-kolab roundcube" and entered the mysql password form 
the old config files. So my roundcube works again. Is this the way to do 
it, or did I break something I do not notice yet? If not shall I update 
the docs?
