Likely because he don't know about it and it's not configured per
default in a vanilla installation.
After you configured the following two URLs you'll be able to get them
via roundcube.
$config['calendar_caldav_url'] =
"http://kolab.example.org/iRony/calendars/%u/%i";
$config['kolab_addressbook_carddav_url'] =
'http://kolab.example.org/iRony/addressbooks/%u/%i';
