Unable to change password in roundcubemail

Hello,

thank you Daniel for providing the patches to solve the various issues!

I have added the patch in
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2678 to my scripts.
I also added a test for changing the password in kolab webadmin for a
second domain.

regarding mailquota: I have no idea what happened on Friday afternoon,
and I cannot reproduce the error about mailquota anymore, with a fresh
install.

For the roundcube change password I have also adjusted the
initMultiDomain script, to use ldap_simple.
And I have added a selenium test for this as well:
