Kolab 3.1 - A roundcube issue

 Greetings to the list I have installed kolab 3.1, being new to it. OS
is Debian Wheezy. I am having two issues with roundube: 1) I get html
displayed but don't get the eidtor on composing, replying, or forwarding
2) when not using my primary identity in kolab my email gets sent "from
primary identity on he half of secondary identity". Is there any way to
just send from secondary identity, as I can from for instance
Thunderbird? Thanks! Bernhard
