I have those options. However, kolab-docu recommends to comment all
local_domain-parameters to treat EVERY mail.
Amavis does not report anything to the logs (syslog, amavis.log,
mail.log). It seems to me as if amavis does not get in touch with the
mail at all!
Only postfix/smtpd and lmtpunix occurs in the log while receiving the mail.
