kolab webadmin, object type list not editable

Hi all,

has anybody of you a hint how to debug the following problem. At the most of 
my kolab 3.1 test installations (Debian) the object-type-list in the 
"settings" dialogue of kolab webadmin was not editable. 

Clicking on "settings" instead of the object type list  the "add user" 
dialogue appears. Clicking on "object type list" in the right upper corner the 
object types appear - but are not editable.

The crazy thing is, that with the same environment I achieved allready two or 
three times a test installation without this problem without doing something 
different.

Also running setup-kolab with -d 9 doesn't show anything special to me.

Has anybody seen this before?
