That works fine for me.

I have now added a patch https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2658
that will check the virtual file for the matching line and otherwise 
will not allow saving the email alias.
The validation will only happen if the virtual file is referenced by a 
new config variable in kolab.conf, [kolab] postfix_virtual_file.

Perhaps that might be useful to others as well.
