imapsync very poor performance

Hi,

Yes it's slow. I suggest you run it in two passes :

- One pass lists the folders and prepares imapsync scripts to sync them.
- The second pass runs imapsync processes in parallel (4 or 5 max at the 
same time).

I could speed up my migration by about 60% this way. Still not perfect I 
admit.

You could also enable asynchronous writes on the target FS so it's not 
blocking. Since basically what you're doing is an offline sync, data 
loss is no big deal as you can just start over in case of power failure.
