settings in kolab-webfrontend and Tbits-Scripts

The Object Types is nothing specific that comes from the TBits scripts.
I assume somehow perhaps it was broken on your Debian installation of 
Kolab.
I just did a fresh installation of Kolab on CentOS, without running the 
TBits scripts, and when clicking on Settings, I get "Add Object Type", 
and the Object Types List at the left side.
