Files area not working - Fresh Kolab 3.1 Install on CentOS 6.4

Hello:

I just did a fresh Kolab 3.1 install on CentOS 6.4. Email and all other
functions work perfect except "Files".  I click on the Files tab and it
takes quite a while to come up and then I can't create any new folders. In
fact the folder list on the left is completely blank.

Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?
