389 directory server can not start

Hello,
I have installed Kolab 3.0 ond CentOS 6.2 according to the installation 
description given here:
http://bmts.us/wiki/doku.php?id=article:kolab:centos

Everything works fine until the "setup-kolab" wants to start the 
389-directory server.
The message sais: starting server failed.

Looking into the log directory, I found the "error" file. I copy it here:
