[Syncroton+SyncKolab] Empty contacts

Hi,

I think I figured out the capabilities of syncroton/roundcube, active
sync and synckolab/thunderbird.

It seems to me that the connection and sync between mobile device and
roundcube/syncroton works pretty well.

If Thunderbird and SyncKolab come into play this gets complicated on
first sight. Contact-Syncing works with current nightly of SyncKolab and
settings "Kolab3", however calendar syncing seems to be not as stable
and items are only displayed in roundcubemail (1:0.9~dev14.gitaa25a22f-1
with plugins:1:3.0~dev26.git20bb0b66-2) if I choose "Kolab2" as the format.

I have attached the calendar items created by the different methods.
