Object Class Empty

I followed these setup 
instructions:http://www.kolab.org/blog/tobru/2013/03/19/kolab-3-debian-wheezy
   Easy to follow and everything went very quickly.  up to step 9. 
adding a new user.  The object Class field has no elements in it for me 
to choose from.  Any searching I have done only leads me to the words 
object class in non-related areas.  Any pointers would be greatly 
appreciated.
