[Kolab3] user removal in kolab-webadmin without user promting?

Hi,

To the best of my knowledge, cyrus-imapd keeps all deleted accounts for 
a number of days, by default putting a "DELETED" prefix for the deleted 
mailboxes, so you never really lose accounts until the deletion period 
is exhausted and cyrus-imapd gets rid of the accounts.
