No the git repositories there hold all source code for Kolab. Also for the 
most recent versions. It is there where the development happens.

To what old site are you referring to?
Please suggest improvements for the current site and I'll be happy to 
incorporate them.

Are you maybe talking about distribution source packages? The site you are 
using is a public mirror not operated by the community. You might want to look 
here: http://mirror.kolabsys.com/pub/
