Kolab 3.0 - time in rouncube logs wrong

Log files regularly use UTC for timestamps - your timezone is two hours ahead 
of UTC.

This may also be influenced by the PHP date.timezone setting in /etc/php.ini, 
but suffice it to say that the $rcmail_config['timezone'] setting refers to 
the default user preference setting.
