Howto Enable owncloud plugin ?

Hi,
i installed and configured owncloud with the roundcube plugin.
I activated the owncloud plugin in main.inc.php. (also configured
owncloud.inc.php)
The plugin isn't enabled when accessing the about button in roundcube.
Is there any solution how to activate owncloud ?
