Kolab-syncrotron install on debian from git repo !

Hi Torsten,
i think i got it working and did the following:

git clone [repo]
imported both sql files (find . -iname '*.sql') in the roundcube mysql.db
moved all .dist config files to config.inc.php files. (except
config/main.config.php.dist !!!)
copied /etc/roundcube/main.config.php to config/main.php
merged the dist file with the main.php file
copied the whole think to /usr/share/kolab-syncrotron
copied the docs/kolab-syncrotron.conf to /etc/apache2/conf.d/
restarted apache.
Tested with: https://server.example.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync
Got:
It works!
Your userid is: 2 and your IP address is: xx.xx.xx.xx.

So AS works with POST Request i think, i will do a testsetup and report
the outcome.
