Installation

Hello,
I have to reinstall the Kolab server. Unfortunately on the nice new 
homepage of Kolab.org the installation manual is very draft or wrong 
(e.g. for Debian it describes the 2.4 version, but on the links only the 
2.3 and 3.0 versions are available and the description of the 
configuration is also wrong).

Can someone give me a link to the old (dpkg) installation of Kolab? With 
this it really worked very smooth..
