Kolab setting for mobile and web

Thank you for your responses to my last thread.

Now my proposal is:

- Sync mobile phone via zpush with Kolab server
- Manage Contacts (with photo) with Outlook 2007 and sync with Kolab
server via the "outlook-colab" connector

Now my problem is, that the free Thunderbird/Outlook connectors use an
IMAP folder for calender/contacts. However, zpush does not use these
IMAP folders for synchronization.

How may I sync COntacts/Calendars with Thunderbird/Outlook in a way,
that zpush/Horde recognizes them?
