Z-push problem with android 4.0 on kolab 2.3.4

I noticed a problem with android 4.0.x . Back in December i installed a
cyanogenmod 9.0 alpha on my Samsung Galaxy S and it was not able to sync
with kolab. I was not taking care, because alpha versions show strange
things all the time. Last week a coworker bought a Galaxy Nexus with
original android 4.0.2. He sees the same problem:

But in the email app shows all the time: Waiting for syncronization,
your email will be shown shortly.

Does anyone has an android 4.0.x succesfully running with Z-push/Kolab
backend?
