Now i did, what Gunnar mentioned in a post.
I debug $var via syslog (Horde::Logmessage didn't work at JSON.php ?!)
in Line 86 of JSON.php:

$ident = 'JSON-UTF-8-DEBUG';
            syslog(LOG_NOTICE | LOG_LOCAL7, $ident.' '.print_r($var,true));

So i can say, that i'm not sure, why both identical requests are not
interpreted in the same way using different browsers.

Test:
Both browsers use the same encodig UTF-8 and both are set to locale
de_de and of course the server has this locale available.

You see on the bad version:
[msgtext] => Your server is unable to render UTF-8 message. The preview

In my opinion the textmessage will be converted to html and simply not
rendered correctly.
But for that to know exactly, how i can debug this in depth.

Thanks in advance

Franz
