Active-Sysnc -> Androuid 4.1.2 -> all mails encoded

Hi at all,

I have a problem with my mailsystem on my android (galaxy s3). All data 
(mail, calendar an contacts) will be sync but I can't read the mails. 
All mails have an key-symbol in the list and when I try to open I get 
the message "mail can not be decrypted"

I tray an complete reset:

- reset the complete phobne
- delete the phone in roundcubemail
- restart the kolab server
- add the account on the phone and sync

where could be the problem?
