Filter in Roundcubemail not work

This is the interesting message. It seems user sven.gehr at gehr-edv.de
has no sieve script activated.
The contents of the directory
/var/lib/imap/sieve/domain/g/gehr-edv.de/s/sven^gehr/ could tell us
more, if it exists at all, and otherwise we need to enable sieve_debug
in /etc/roundcubemail/main.inc.php in order to let
/var/log/roundcubemail/sieve tell us what is happening.
