Kolab Syncrotron on Debian Wheezy

Hi,

after a fresh install of Debian Wheezy and Kolab 3.0 I've got Webmail
and IMAP running. So I'd like to start with synchronizing calendars
with Android. But I realised that kolab-syncrotron is not installed
and not running at all. I did the same install on CentOS and it was
installed and after some configuration changes ready to use.
How do I achieve this on Debian Wheezy? Am I missing something?
