IMAP-Error in Kolab 2.4

Hi at all,

I now have countless times repeated the installation of kolab 2.4 but I can't 
get a functioning setup. After setup-kolab I get the error in maillog:

Aug  2 17:50:57 mx pop3[2642]: IOERROR: opening /var/lib/imap/user_deny.db: No 
such file or directory                                                    
Aug  2 17:50:57 mx imap[2637]: IOERROR: opening /var/lib/imap/user_deny.db: No 
such file or directory 

can anyone help me?
