Blank page or http 500 on horde login... for one user

I'm in kolab 2.2.2, I know I need to update but it as an another topic.

I have one user when he tried to logon on horde get this two kinfs of error :

On IE (v8.0.6) : HTTP 500 Server internal error
On Firefox, a blank page with this url writed in adress are : https://mail-srv.fayat.com/client/services/maintenance.php?domaintenance=1&module=imp

Who can help me ?
