Folder structure going crazy with two sent / gesendet folders

Thanks for your hints. In the meanwhile I did an update to the most 
recent version of kolab. Now it is possible to delete the duplicated 
sent/gesendet folder.

Thunderbird still has strange behaviour, it is automatically translating 
folder names. But with trial and error debugging, it is now all working 
fine.
