This is no upgrade. From an OpenPKG perspective you are now running a
different platform. For OpenPKG Squeeze is not a version of Debian but a
different platform, just like OpenSUSE is.
You can either continue to use the Lenny binary packages (they will work on
Squeeze) or do a fresh install and then move the data back).

/kolab/RPM/PKG/openpkg-20071227-20071227_kolab2.src.rpm should be a symbolic
link to the old installation source. Is it still valid?
If not just remove all the symlinks from /kolab/RPM/PKG.
