z-push load problem

Try to see if new process is created when android sync 
and if the old one is still running 
normaly the backend create a file with the last process number in datasync and it compares his process number 
to the old one , if it is not equal it kills the old one

Unfortunately we already run kolab-zpush 0.7.5 (shipped with kolab 2.3.4) but
the problem still occurs.

Is there a way to see if this mechanism is actually working OK?
e.g. if I turn on the zpush debug.txt will it log some special message?
