Hi all,
a colleague today tried to access his Contacts from a Motorola Droid through z-push, but failed. The Kolab server is v. 2.2.4 on Ubuntu 8.04/64 bit. Z-Push is v. 0.7.2, installed as documented in <http://wiki.kolab.org/Z_push#Install_Z-Push_with_RPMS>. The log file says:
--------
Start
Z-Push version: 1.5 (502)
Client IP: 10.17.3.170
Client supports version 2.5
KolabBackend Version : 0.7.2
KolabActiveSyndData Version : 20100707
POST cmd: Sync
Sync folder:Contacts
Initializing message diff engine
0 messages in state
/kolab/var/kolab/www/z-push/backend/kolab.php:480 Undefined variable: message (8)
/kolab/var/kolab/www/z-push/backend/kolab.php:2952 Trying to get property of non-object (8)
[message repeats 12 times]
MEM GetmessageList End:6363408
Found 0 message changes
IMAP-errors: SECURITY PROBLEM: insecure server advertised AUTH=PLAIN
IMAP connection closed
end
--------
Interestingly, the Contacts folder contains, apart from the cyrus.* files, 12 "real" elements (i.e. the number of times kolab.php complained about the 'non-object'). They were created by the Toltec connector. Each is a multipart/mixed, of which the first part is a base64-encoded application/x-vnd.kolab.contact.
Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Albrecht.
