Problem installing 2.3.1

The problem:  openpkg:build:FATAL: cannot open '/kolab/RPM/PKG/00INDEX.rdf'

To install the Kolab server, you need to download the files from the
directory containing this file (1st.README) to some local directory, which
is world-readable, e.g. a directory below /tmp or the home directory of
a normal user account.

The solution: Move install files  e.g. a directory below /tmp and reinstall 
kolab-server again.
