Failing Upgrade 2.2.4-2.3.1

Hello, 

-- trying again after attached log file led to rejection of first attempt --

Following the upgrading instructions (2.2.4-2.3) online 
(http://files.kolab.org/server/release/kolab-
server-2.3.1/sources/1st.README) I set out to upgrade my installation and 
it 
has failed multiple times.

The error(s) are pasted below. 
1. Are the "Could not delete channel pear.horde.org!" errors significant?
2. How to fix the failure? Do I have to go to 2.3 first and then to 2.3.1?

Full can be provided upon request (to big for pastebin and attachments seem 
to prevent from posting to the list).
