Problem with Calendars after 2.2.4 to 2.3.2 upgrade

I have just done an upgrade from 2.2.4 to 2.3.2 and can now not see  
any calendar entries in the Horde interface.  The IMAP folders/files  
are all still there.  I can't find any errors in the logs that  
indicate what might be wrong.

A number of external ICS calendars that I had subscribed to from the  
Horde client are also no longer there.

I haven't done much in the way of testing yet, but all other folders  
seem to be ok.

Any thoughts on what to look at would be appreciated.
