Problem with Z-Push install

I have a Kolab 2.2.4 installation installed from the source RPMs on Centos 5.5
x86_64. Limited testing with Kontact and Horde clients indicted that
everything seemed to be working.
As per the instructions in the "Install Z-Push with RPMS" section on the Wiki
I then installed
kolab-webclient-1.2.0-20100625+activesync3.noarch-debian5.0-kolab.rpm
kolab-z-push-0.7.3-1.ix86-debian5.0-kolab.rpm
PEAR-Kolab_Zpush-0.1.2-1.ix86-debian5.0-kolab.rpm
z-push-1.5-0.1.beta2.noarch-debian5.0-kolab.rpm
Attempting to browse to http://kolab.example.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync
(substituting my host name of course) got a no such page response from the
server. The Horde client login also no longer works giving an HTTP Error 500.
The /kolab/var/kolab/www/z-push/config.php file does not exist. kolabconf just
goes into a loop producing the following in /var/log/messages
Jan 23 10:48:22 kolab02 kolabconf[21096]: T Warning: No configuration variable
corresponding to `webserver_musr' exists

until I aborted it and /kolab/var/kolab/www/z-push/config.php is not created.
The only occurrance I can find of 'webserver_musr' is in
/kolab/etc/kolab/templates/zpush-config.php.template.
Can some one advise on what I should be looking at next please?
Thanks
Mike
